I’m a faith-driven business transformation leader, Christian leadership coach, and founder of SGA Praxis LLC, where I help leaders create lasting results through Structure, Governance, and Automation.

I was raised in Costa Rica as the son of missionaries, where I learned early that leadership is not simply about authority or achievement—it’s about stewardship, service, and positively influencing the lives of others. Those formative experiences shaped my belief that business can be a powerful platform for advancing God’s Kingdom while creating meaningful value for employees, customers, families, and communities.

Throughout my career, I’ve led complex organizational change, digital transformation, program management, and operational improvement initiatives for organizations including General Electric, Schneider Electric, National Grid, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Eli Lilly. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, am a certified Project Management Professional, and have training in Lean Six Sigma and organizational change management.

I’m also the creator of the Change Management ABEL Model and the author of STICKY CHANGE, a practical guide for leaders who want transformation to produce sustainable results.

As a Kingdom Factor Coach, I help Christian business owners and executives integrate biblical principles into their everyday leadership, strengthen their organizations, navigate difficult decisions, and pursue growth without compromising their faith or values. I’m especially passionate about creating trusted environments where leaders can pray together, learn from one another, receive godly counsel, and hold each other accountable.

My family and I live in Indianapolis, Indiana, where we remain actively involved in our church and local community.
